TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders, plain paper, are invited by the Director General of Police, Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar for supply of spare parts , cards modules and other miscellaneous items etc. to the SP(Telecom) Office, Chimpu, Itanagar during the year 2008-09. Tenders will be received by SP(T) Office, Chimpu up to 1100 hrs. on 19-12-2008 which will be opened at 1130 hrs. on the same day.

 The tenderers or their representative may  present themselves at the time of opening of tenders.

 The Tender paper containing full details with specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from Inspector (PP), SP(Telecom) Office, Chimpu on payment of tender fees of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred) only by treasury challan under head of account "0055 POLICE"  in favour of Supdt. of Police(Telecom),Chimpu, Itanagar from 0930 hrs. to 1600 hrs. wef 19-11-2008 to 18-12-2008.

Incomplete Tenders are liable to be rejected.
